Sunday Brunch is a Buffet style service,
Which offers the following Culinary Delights
CARVING STATION: Our Chefs will carve you roasted meats that change weekly! Whole Roasted Beef Rib, Achiote marinated whole Pork crown roast, Boneless legs of Lamb and whole Roasted free range Chickens to name a few. All served with sauces and condiments.
BARBECUE STATION: A Tukka Chef mans this hickory smoked Barbecue with both Chicken satays and Argentinean chorizo sausage skewers with grilled king prawns. Also served with sauces and accompaniments.
COLD BUFFET: Walk-about Soup with petite rolls and whipped butter, a wide selection of local and International salads. Sushi and California rolls filled with salmon, tuna, shrimp, avocado, kangaroo and vegetarian options with condiments to match.
BREAKFAST BUFFET: Eggs Benedict are done to order! Just ask your server how you would like them prepared, hickory bacon, grilled sausages and Tukka Hash browns. As well a selection of croissants, muffins and Danishes with jams and jellies.
HOT BUFFET: Bundaberg & Barbecue meat ball, Braised CAB Beef or Baby Back Pork Ribs, MahiMahi Cayman style with roasted corn salsa, Skinless Jerk Chicken with a plum and Pickapeppa sauce, West Indian Style Curry with crispy papadams & mango chutney lead out the hot meat dishes with Caribbean rice n beans, Coconut Basmati, Roasted potatoes with garlic and Chef Ron’s seasonal vegetable medley.
DESSERT BUFFET: Every week Tukka features a new hot dessert; you could see anything from a peach cobbler to a rich bread and butter pudding. Macadamia nut brownie, mango cheesecake, upside down pineapple cake, carrot cake, mini crème Brulee, white or dark chocolate mousse are every week as well fresh fruit salad & fruit coulis.
